Nothing is too hard for God

Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah: “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?

Jeremiah 32:26-27 NIV

I got used to thinking that it’s up to me
To figure out what's to be
To problem solve and fix what's wrong
For why else would I be so strong

But when I've been brought so very low
And don't have the strength to get up and go
I can only look to God for help
Finding that true help is not found in self

To steer one's ship can be calm for a while
Coasting along for miles and miles
But a violent storm can loosen your grip
So you must look to the One who created the ship

Let go and trust that He knows the way
Surrendering to His will every day
He allowed the storm and it will pass
But the lesson learned will hopefully last…

That God Almighty with all His power
Is the God of each minute and every hour
He is always working in ways we don't know
And all He asks is for us to let go

Let everything fall into His mighty hands
His thoughts outnumber the grains of sand
He who created earth, the very sod
Nothing, no nothing, is too hard for God.
