Far Reaching

Despite what you think or what you may feel
Your effect on others is so very real
Your smile, your laugh, the way you talk
Your body language and how you walk

But more than that, your unique design
Has an impact that can surpass all of time
Even when you lose someone you love
You can still recall who that person was

How far reaching our lives truly are  
And each of us plays an important part
A part of a family and part of a life
Uncle, sister, brother, father, wife

We can doubt the impact of our role
How our kindness or love touches another's soul
We may even think, “I wouldn't be missed”
But that kind of thought must be dismissed…

For when you are even at the lowest of lows
Know how much you're loved. You have got to know…
As a pebble makes ripples, so does your life
And as tough as it gets, there is Love and Light…

God loves you so and will carry you through 
He can comfort your heart and guide you in truth
He’ll be your Helper, your Counselor, your Friend
He'll always be there for you…again and again!

Cling to the One who understands your pain
And hold onto Him through the storm and rain
Cling to the One and to His great teachings…
He’ll meet you in the depths, He is also far reaching!
